For parents of Bible Ventures' Kids:
While your children are in Fellowship Hall learning about God and how they can relate to the teachings of Jesus, meet us for
in the church library upstairs.
Then join your children for our Contemporary Worship Service
During the month of December our Bible Venture Kids prepared for their part in the Christmas Cantata here at Ionia First.
They sang with the choir during the cantata on Sunday December 14th during both services.
Also they enacted the story of Jesus' birth.
In January (beginning on January 11th) the Bible Ventures' theme will be:
"Bible Heroes".
Come join us each Sunday morning, at 9:30 in Fellowship Hall!
We invite all preschoolers thru 5th grade to join the fun.
The older kids will be the crew leaders - complete with costumes.
Bring a friend!

On Sunday 1/4/2009, Mother Nature threw her worst at us.
We awoke to terrible ice conditions: the sidewalks and roads were sheets of glass.
Pastor Larry Brown talked with us about how Jesus was perceived in His lifetime and how we see Him today:
"Jesus Misunderstood. Then and Now"
